Transporter chain scraper TCS
Transporters Chain scrapers designed for horizontal and inclined to 20° transportation of grain and its products at grain mill enterprises, receptions of the rail and road transport, as well as in the transport galleries silos, mills, cereals, feed, vegetable oil extraction plants and other businesses associated with reception and processing of grain and oilseeds.
Transporters can be used in other industries for the transportation of bulk cargoes of grain close to the physical and mechanical properties and temperature not exceeding the temperature of the environment.
Depending on the length and the load transporter is equipped with motor-reducer with the necessary parameters.
Transporter service is simple and convenient. All mechanisms, including the rollers are equipped with remote nodes with lubricator, it gives an opportunity to carry out the equipment examination without disassembling the equipment and stop of the transporter.
The conveyor consists of:
- driving section;
- tension section;
- the intermediate section;
- motor-reducer;
- chain with scrapers;
- roller supporting.
