Trough and deflectorroller carriages
Our Enterprise produces roller carriages for conveyors with belt width from 400 to 2000 mm.
Types of roller carriages:
- Upper trough rigid without lining, coated, shock absorbing roller carriages
- Upper trough rigid, aligning roller carriages
- Upper deflector roller carriages for trough belt
- Lower flat roller carriages
- Lower aligning roller carriages
1. Upper trough roller carriage is intended to support the upper (working) conveyor branch and to provide it a trough form. It is used for bulk materials transporting conveyors. Standard inclination angle is 300
In order to reduce the belt runout rubber coated roller carriages are used. For transportation of large solid rock pieces under loading hoppers are placed carriages with rubber rings slipped on rollers instead of coating in order to soften solid rock impact.
2. Deflector roller carriages are intended to prevent conveyor belt misalignment. They are installed between trough roller carriages in contact with conveyor belt edge.
3. Lower roller carriages are intended to support the return conveyor belt branch. They are installed at larger distance between each other due to lower load demand than upper roller carriages.
5. Aligning roller carriages are intended to align automatically the working conveyor branch relative to its axes. Aligning roller carriagesare trough roller carriages, fixed on a support and rolling horizontally. They are provided with two deflecting rollers.
Roller carriages sizes and inclination angles are carried out according to Customer requirements.
