Conveyor belt CB
Conveyor belt (stationary) to transport grain and other food or non food bulk cargo. Depending on the length, load and speed of the conveyor is equipped with necessary quantity of rollers as well as the imported motor-reducer with the necessary parameters.
Conveyor service is simple and convenient. All mechanisms, including the rollers are equipped with remote nodes with lubricator, it gives an opportunity to carry out the equipment examination without disassembling the equipment and significantly reduce the costs of man-hours.
The conveyor consists of:
- driving section;
- tension section;
- the intermediate section;
- motor-reducer;
- tape;
- roller supporting;
- roller carriage grooved adjustable.
In agreement with the customer conveyer can be made reverse (up to 35m), equipped with a domestic or imported tape and is staffed by:
- inspection sensor controls the speed of the tape;
- inspection sensor controls vanishing tapes;
- inspection sensor controls the temperature of bearing assemblies and a drive traction drums.
